Job Responsibility Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates, etc. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, professional networks, social media and etc Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Conduct interview with candidates via phone, virtual or physical platforms Follow up and arrange interview for shortlisted candidates, constantly communicate with candidates and update status of the applications regularly.
