Job Responsibility Managing day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (recruitment and selection, payroll processing, performance review, employee engagement activities, training and development, employee relations, employee benefits, etc) Maintain proper staff documentation and up-to-date employees files Manage group communication channels and support the communication to all interns and staff Liaise with relevant government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB etc). Review and update HR policies where necessary. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide information and assistance to employees on HR related issues. Any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution. Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success. Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
