Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/ human resource or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of experience in human resource will be added value.
Simple Mandarin reading is required.
Must have an eye for details.

Tanggungjawab
Compile and process full payroll cycle part timers and full-time promoters - data entry, processing of data, generation of reports and payout.
Maintain all staff records with up-to-date information for new joiners, resignations, or update/change of information upon verification.
Implement training plans, evaluate training effectiveness and application, and update all training records.
Prepare and issue all HR correspondences for letter of appointment, confirmation, discipline letter, etc
Prepare timely HR reports. Analyse, identify and highlight areas of concerns.
Office Administration - Maintain all office equipment in good working order and attend to the day-to-day running of the office needs and timely replenishment of the stationary every 2 (two) months.
Participate in the ad-hoc committees in planning and organizing company events and activities.
