Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year (s) of relevant working experience
Candidates with knowledge of Employment Act, Labour Law and other relevant areas of Human Resource will be advantageous.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
To perform day-to-day operations of the Company\'s HR functions to ensure their efficient and effective functioning that will support our HR team.
To handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions i.e. payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations etc
End-to-end management of recruitment process.
Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including documentation and conducting orientation for new hires, as well as handling staff dismissal-related procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Ensure compliance with local and national labour laws and regulations
To prepare relevant Letter or Memo for internal & external circulation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Any other HR related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
