Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Administrative, Management or related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Proficient with MS Word & Excel
Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department
Provide operations support on issues such as talent and performance management and employment law
Assist with the recruiting and on boarding process
Assist/lead the development of HR processes policies and systems
Liaise with employees, supervisors, managers, coworkers in problem resolution
Distribute and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner
Reports, maintains and monitors all workers\' compensation case file; follows up on open cases
Organizes and manages annual open enrolment communications and election process.
Monitoring a reporting manager\'s email and responding if required
Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
Answering phone calls
Organising travel and itineraries
Organising and planning meetings
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
Various ad hoc requests
