Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
\xe2\x81\xa0To manage recruitment process which including job advertisement posting, shortlisting candidates, arrange interview, conduct interview and selection. Work closely with management to discuss suitable candidates and fill up the positions in the company.
\xe2\x81\xa0To prepare necessary documentation for recruitment process and pre-onboarding activities such as appointment letter, pre-employment check-up letter, etc.
Solve issue such as argument, dissatisfied from employee.
Able to prepare company employee policy and SOP from time to time basic.
\xe2\x81\xa0Able to independent to understand latest employee policy from government sector.
To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
