Kelayakan

• Diploma or Certificate level.
• Emphasis on site experience. CIDB Site Supervisor qualification (SSO, G7, etc.)
• 2-3 years or more practical experience in HVAC equipment installation or maintenance
• Experience in preparing construction drawings, creating schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors/suppliers
• Basic knowledge of site safety measures.

Tanggungjawab

• Overall installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Provide technical support and solutions based on client requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate work with subcontractors and suppliers quickly.
• Plan and manage the project schedule to keep work on track.
• Proposing optimal solutions for design changes and construction issues
• Demonstrating operation and maintenance procedures to clients following HVAC equipment commissioning
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support on-site or by phone.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment, including:(Including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air-Cooled Split Units (ACSU), Pumps, Cooling Towers, etc.)
• Quickly respond to customer complaints and report to the Project Manager and Senior Engineer.
• Assist the Project Manager (PM) in managing HVAC and clean room projects.
• Possessing fundamental safety knowledge and considering on-site safety measures
• Travelling to client site (Shah Alam, Seremban).
