- Open to meet SPM/ STPM holder who has an accounting background. Open to meet fresh grads (Diploma above for this role)
- Openness to approach and engage customers/clients.
- A friendly, outgoing, and communicative personality.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Channel customers\' concerns to the team, and provide suggestions to improve customers\' overall experience
- Engage with customers on various platforms, take note of their concerns, and provide solutions.
