Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM z (Mainframe) Software Engineer / System Programmer - responsible in providing the mainframe software technical support for IBM z platform.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
2) A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system administration and programming on z/OS (as Primary); z/VM and Linux on IBM z (as Secondary)
3) Hands-on experience with z/OS technologies such as MVS BCP, perform POR & IPLC processes, JES implementation and operating environment, VTAM environment for TSO, ISPF, SNA and TCP/IP networking; security server with RACF, DFSMS, SMP/E, Unix System Services (USS).
4) Skilled in Hardware Management Console (HMC) to configure and IPL mainframe LPARs and HCD for IODF.
5)Experience in z/OS and software installation, upgrade, and maintenance; including troubleshooting for technical problems in IBM z/OS, z/VM, z/Linux, patch management, or any mainframe environment related technology.
6)Good analytical and experience in solution design for IBM z (mainframe) software environment will be an added advantage.
7)Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with customers, peers and business users.
8)Possess pleasant personality to work with, confident creative problem solving and critical thinking.
