Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and responsible for daily end-users\xe2\x80\x99 support in ICT hardware, software, and network related issues to ensure smooth daily business operation. \xc2\xb7 Perform installation, upgrading and configuration of ICT hardware, software, network, and related services. \xc2\xb7 Keep website content up to date, find and fix website problems. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability. \xc2\xb7 To ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. \xc2\xb7 Manage and ensure that users abide with all IT policies as set forth in the Office Manual. \xc2\xb7 Manage and monitor IT inventory such as software licenses, desktop, laptop, printer etc. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with external vendors to resolve IT services issues \xc2\xb7 To prepare and administer budget for IT Department \xc2\xb7 Other jobs as assigned by top management Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,080.00 per month Benefits:
