1. Administration of Desktop, Server, Network Device, IT peripherals (including Network Switches, Access Points, RF Scanners, Label (Zebra) & Dot Matrix (Tally Dascom) Printer , Smartboard TV, printers, Video conferencing system etc.)
2. Run the day-to-day IT support operations to maintain systems uptime
3. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, and other related with IT compliance equipment.
4. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
5. Inventory and asset management of hardware, software, licenses, etc.
6. To keep track of inventories and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements.
7. Proactively addressing IT infrastructure issues that arise
8. Maintain IT quality service by establish and enforced compliance standard.
9. To coordinate and manage outsource vendors to ensure minimal downtime and continuous support.
10. Responsible for security engineering in the area of endpoint security / client security (Windows, IOT devices/printers, etc.)
11. To stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure systems and cloud computing and make recommendations for new services or platforms when appropriate.
12. Source for IT solution to support business operation if needed and provide support to the current system.
13. Execute any other related duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
14. Experience in warehouse support and the logistics sector will be considered an advantage.
15. Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
