-Oversee project planning and scheduling, and guide project teams to meet project goals.
-Develop a concept design with your team and transfer it into design detail drawings.
-Innovative with a good sense of design and the capability to think out of the box.
-Excellent at designing, presenting, specifying materials, and paying attention to technical details.
-Capable at running meetings, managing a team, and coming up with original solutions to issues.
-Excellent writing and able to communicate with clients professionally.
-Able to inspire a group of designers through effective communication and dedication.
Requirements
-At least a Diplma/ Degree in Interior Design or any relevant field.
-Minimum 5 years or working experience in relevant field.
-Project Contract Knowledge; Ability to Create, Review, and Edit All Contracts and Documentation.
-Excellent attitude, responsibility, ability to multitask, and ability to perform well under pressure.
-The ability to manage numerous tasks with varying deadlines.
-Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point. Added advantage for knowledge on AutoCAD, & 3D Max
