Kelayakan

Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying (QS)
Fresh graduates and internship students are welcome to apply
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Experience in Interior Design / Joinery is an advantage
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word & Project)
Able to liaise with clients, sub-contractors & attend site meetings
Independent, organized & able to manage multiple projects
Willing to work in Kelana Jaya & possess own transport

Tanggungjawab

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other related documentation.
Manage and control project costing to ensure alignment with budget.
Source, negotiate, and appoint contractors or subcontractors for project works.
Select and procure materials, issue Purchase Orders, and monitor delivery timelines.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
Measure and evaluate completed work on site for claims and payments.
Track design or construction changes and update cost projections accordingly.
Attend and participate in site meetings when required.
