Process Optimization:
Analyzing current manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
New Product Introduction:
Collaborating with design and production teams to integrate new carrier tape products into existing manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized production.
Equipment and Tooling:
Evaluating, selecting, and optimizing equipment and tooling used in carrier tape manufacturing. This includes specifying requirements, conducting trials, and ensuring proper functionality.
Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that carrier tapes meet required specifications and standards set by company and customer.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Investigating and resolving production issues related to carrier tape manufacturing, including equipment malfunctions, material defects, and process inconsistencies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and test results. Preparing reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.
Training and Support:
Providing training to production personnel on new processes, equipment, and quality control procedures. Offering technical support to resolve production issues.
