Npi Engineer
Job Description
Managed overall project with internal stakeholder
Chair person for NPI projects with functional stakeholder
Own and develop project schedule and prepare for First Article Inspection/EVT and smooth transfer to high volume manufacturing
Responsible for overall NPI project deliverables schedules, quality, technical aspect, BOM readiness, setting up process flow for assembly, headcount readiness, identify and established equipment capabilities, production lay out, capacity studies and subsequent capital investment.
Ensure process optimization on sheet metal and assembly are taken into considerations.
Able to read and understand BOMs, drawing and give solutions and recommendation for from technical expect.
KPIs-successful FAI with 100% yield, on time delivery to customer, train production staff and hand-over such can Production can fabricate and build units
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
