Greet and welcome guests
Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions
Serving food and drinks to the customers
Handle restaurant booking professionally
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
Honest, loyal, and enthusiastic to learn new things
Providing great customer service
Fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of preparation following SOP.
Performing all kinds of cleaning duties and ensuring that restaurant service areas are clean and properly sanitized at all times.
Any other duties assigned in running the operations.
Requirements:
Preferable Chinese, age 17-35
At least 1 year experience in food/beverage/restaurant service
Able to speak English and Chinese
Required to work on Saturdays and public holidays
Excellent communication skills & positive mindset
Able to work independently and long hours
Discipline, self-motivated, able to communicate and willing to learn
Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude
