Job Responsibilities :
• Attend to inbound calls / chats from customers, identify their technical and product issues
• Assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting.
• To provide excellent customer service handling, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
• SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge in basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
• Able to work in shifts hour - rotational
