- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Applicants must possess at least SPM

- Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts
- Applicants must fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
