Project Manager - IT Asset Management (ITAM)

with our reputed Client.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Lifecycle Management

Lead and manage global tech refresh projects (e.g., laptops, monitors, peripherals) from

initiation through to closure.

Ensure end-to-end execution of the IT asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment,

maintenance, recovery, and secure disposal.

Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring timely delivery across multiple time

zones and offices.

Global Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the central point of contact for all asset refresh activities across SWIFT offices.

Collaborate with internal teams (desktop support, logistics, procurement, finance,

security) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Adapt rollouts to regional constraints, workforce schedules, and logistical challenges.

Reporting & Communication

Maintain and present accurate reports on project progress, asset movement and

lifecycle status.

Drive status meetings, escalate issues proactively, and deliver executive-ready updates.

Ensure updates are reflected in ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow CMDB) and documentation

is complete.

Process Governance & Compliance

Enforce adherence to defined ITAM and disposal processes.

Ensure secure data wipe and environmentally responsible disposal via approved

vendors.

Support internal audits, reconcile asset records, and drive continual process

improvement.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, hardware refresh, or ITAM-related

projects, preferably across global locations.

Proven project management skills with a structured and process-driven approach.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills across regions and functions.

Excellent communication and reporting capabilities; able to produce dashboards,

summaries, and audit-ready documentation.

Experience with ITAM/CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Ivanti).

Familiarity with ITIL and asset management standards (ISO/IEC 19770).

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
