Responsible for validating the integration and functionality of software systems by designing and executing comprehensive test cases. Ensures that all system components work together as intended and meet defined requirements, thereby supporting high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and design test plans and test cases
Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure software meets specifications.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., ALM).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve issues.
Perform SIT, regression testing as needed.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Perform security and OS update as per security finding.
Support activities related to projects form other technology teams.
Qualifications & Skills (including mandated licenses where applicable)
Understanding of Integration Concepts: Knowledge of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), middleware, databases, and various data exchange protocols (XML, JSON, etc.)
Proficiency with Test Management Tools
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend verification
Good technical knowledge on Oracle PL / SQL & Unix / Linux
Solid organizational skills include attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
