Job Description

Job purpose:

Perform full fledge implementations and deployment activities of application development and/or system integration projects in order to assist users in using the system before, during and after implementation period

Responsibilities:

Perform deployment operations and implementation activities at project office or/and customer sites; Work with change management team to execute the change management and communication activities such as change awareness program/ system walkthrough to customer for system integration project, and gather feedback through survey form or face to face interview; Perform hardware, software and application system installation, testing, commissioning and user acceptance for PC and peripherals; Develop and update the user documentations e.g. End User Manual and Training Manual and quick guide according to project's requirements and timelines; Perform and ensure the user training (i.e. classroom/ onsite training and handholding) is conducted and delivered as per training objective set by the project requirement.

Duties:

Support testing team in performing test in system development stage; Perform user satisfaction assessment and review such as Post Implementation Review; Participate in the development of user related documentation such as User Guide, Training Manual, Reference Manual and other related documents as per HeiTech defined standard and practices; Provide 2nd level support escalated by customer service center; Provide necessary support to ensure project meets the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA); Perform preventive maintenance as per contract; Perform deployment of hardware and application/system at customer's site and provide support to ensure smooth operations on implementation and deployment activities; Provide offsite support to the client via phone communication and/or remote access; Provide onsite support physically at client's problem location.

Education level:

Diploma & Degree in any IT related studies

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
