Working Location: Klang IMS Building / Bayu Perdana/Bukit Tinggi
Oversee and coordinate all customer service functions for sea import/export freight forwarding operations.
Communicate with customers to understand shipping needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
Ensure accurate and efficient preparation of all required shipping and customs documentation.
Work closely with internal departments, shipping lines (FCL), co-loaders (LCL), and hauliers to ensure smooth cargo movement and service delivery.
Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates and proactive communication to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly and professionally.
Manage documentation flow, including invoicing, Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), and collection coordination.
Maintain organized records of shipments, documentation, and service transactions.
Identify areas for service improvement and recommend process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
