Must be able to cook high-quality and delicious Indian items like claypot briyani / briyani , curry chicken/mutton, varuval, tandoori, naan ,chikken tikka ,jeera rice, pulao, gobi manchurian, north idian food items, etc within the specialty section and Experience of more than 4 years .
Passionate and Willing to learn new inidan items as proposed by management(Training Provided)
Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly and non-political working environment.
Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Assisting with the management of health and safety, food hygiene practices
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Diligent with food handling skills.
Patient - listen and understand various needs of the team members
Should be able to work weekends and public holidays
