Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
Route calls to other team members when needed.
Document key points from customer interactions.
Identify issues customers may be facing and escalate when necessary.
Report customer feedback to the team.
Complete call logs and relevant reports.
Manage and update customer databases.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers.
Enhance customer loyalty by providing a positive phone experience.
Perform tasks with a moderate level of supervision.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and Indonesian.
Able to work confidently and perform well under pressure.
