Job Description
Job Position: Indoor Sales Consultant (JOHOR BAHRU)
Salary range: RM4,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM8,000
Age: 25 \xe2\x80\x93 35 years old (male or female)
Requirement:
1) Minimum 1-2 year of sales experience will be adding advantage
2) Proficiency in Mandarin preferred for handling Mandarin content
3) Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills.
4) Strong ambition for advancement within a sales organization
5) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
6) Willing to work on shift rotations
Responsibilities:
1) Introduction company brand, products, skin types and product packages to potential customers.
2) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable package and products.
3) Foster strong customer relationships through outstanding service and tailored solutions
4) Consistently surpass assigned sales target and quotas
5) Stay updated on our products and industry trends affecting client.
6) Need to do live show or tiktok etc
7) Ad hoc duties by supervisor
Working hours (6 working day):
1) Shift 1: 10:00am \xe2\x80\x93 18:30pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Sun)
2) Shift 2: 12:30pm \xe2\x80\x93 21:00pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Sun)
