Job Description

Identify, prospect, develop and increase new business development opportunities. Understand the customers' supply chain needs and develop consultative logistics solutions that address the customer's unique issues and goals. Prepare competitive quotations and tailored recommendations to customers. Build strong customer relationships and ensure the ongoing success and sustainability of the accounts. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio. Monitor closely all shipments and update related parties until the shipment arrives Makes recommendations to management for forecasting, business planning and strategy for Pipeline business while ensuring branch alignment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Possess at least SPM /Diploma/Degree in any field Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or Sales & Marketing, or equivalent. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain industry is required. Preferably specialized in Corporate Sales, customer service or equivalent. High competency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to network/present the solutions to customers professionally. Good command of English and able to work under pressure to resolve problems independently.
