Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for cashier and daily sales
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and Customer Servicing skills
• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Understand promotions and communicate them clearly to store staff and customers
• Handle customer complaints, and timely feedback to the supervisor
• Responsible for replenishing the goods on the shelf to ensure neat and beautiful appearance
• Record and sales promotion and sales, after recording and statistics, report to the supervisor
• Receive and record warehouse inventory
• Responsible for opening and closing of business account
• Daily settlement, reporting the sales of the day to the leader
• Regularly update and adjust store listings according to listing requirements
• Coordinate with headquarters the goods' replenishment, arrival inspection, deployment and return
• Product labeling and pricing
• Food & Beverage handling
• Product labeling and pricing
• Responsible to handle customer complaints
• Reduce bad and out-of-stock issues
• Others ad-hoc tasks
