JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze materials usage, scrap rates, and downtime data to propose cost-saving initiatives.
Calculate standard and actual costs for products; maintain cost models for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Use Excel, ERP systems, and AutoCAD for data analysis, reporting, and layout design.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and technology upgrades.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:?

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Excel, ERP systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen principles
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
The candidate must have experience for at least 4 years
