Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Inspections: Perform inspections of products, materials, processes, facilities, or systems to verify compliance with applicable regulations, standards, codes, and specifications. This may involve examining physical components, reviewing documentation, and conducting tests or measurements.

2. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards. Identify and document any deviations, deficiencies, or violations and recommend corrective actions.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, such as management, regulatory agencies, or clients.

4. Quality Assurance: Evaluate the quality of products, processes, or services to ensure they meet established quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, supervisors, and regulatory authorities, to resolve compliance issues, address non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to inspections and quality control. Participate in professional development activities, attend training sessions, and implement innovative approaches to enhance inspection processes and techniques.

Requirements:

- Possess a degree in Engineering

- Valid CSWIP 3.1 Certified WI or equivalent.

- Valid CSWIP 3.4 Certified RI or equivalent

- Approximately 5 years of inspection/QC experience (including sour service scope).

- Familiar with International Standards and codes relating to the oil and gas industry, structure, pipelines, pressure vessels and process facilities standard specifications.

- Be competent and experienced in Technical Report Writing, Technical Presentation.

- Preferred Sarawakian
