Role Responsibilities
The role is accountable for assuring users are provided efficient and timely support on Providing Access to the required Application/System. This role leads a team who perform ID Creation/Modification/Deletion/User Profiles for the entire workforce of an organization in a timely manner. They will also play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships (including service delivery teams, technology domain teams and external vendors) and expectations as well as alignment to the Service Management roadmap. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner. Adherence to the specified standards of Quality and Audit / Risk requirements. Strong customer service background, ability to work in a team environment, enjoy working with people, strong analytical and statistical skills Adept at applying generalist IT knowledge to specific problem resolution situations
