The Information Risk Manager is responsible for all Information Risk Management in NTT DATA Business Solutions.

The Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for Global Information Risk Management and has established the role of Global Information Risk Officer.

As part of the Global Information Security Management Team, the Information Risk Manager reports to the global CISO and the Global Information Risk Officer.

The Information Risk Manager is part of the Global Information Risk Management Team and is responsible for 2nd line tasks (considering the three-lines-of-defense-model). In this role the Information Risk Manager will validate all risks identified in the 1st line on a global level and ensure that actions are properly taken.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Maintaining, updating and improving the Information Risk Management Policies, Procedures and Guidelines

\xe2\x96\xa0 Verifying Risks identified by the 1st line, ensure information quality and that risks are properly addressed

\xe2\x96\xa0 Close collaboration with the 1st line

\xe2\x96\xa0 Training of the 1st line

\xe2\x96\xa0 Supporting the 1st line in all risk relevant topics

\xe2\x96\xa0 Maintaining and improving the overall risk management within NTT DATA Business Solutions

\xe2\x96\xa0 Evaluating new risks, updating and maintaining risk catalogues

\xe2\x96\xa0 Close Collaboration with the Audit and Business Continuity Team

\xe2\x96\xa0 Reporting risks to the CISO

\xe2\x96\xa0 Management of the Risk Management Tool

\xe2\x96\xa0 User support

\xe2\x96\xa0 Conducting Supplier Risk Management tasks (evaluation, verification)

\xe2\x96\xa0 Experience with Risk Management

\xe2\x96\xa0 Information Security experience is a plus

\xe2\x96\xa0 Relevant industry experience

\xe2\x96\xa0 Strong communication skills

\xe2\x96\xa0 Fluent in English, experience in international collaboration

\xe2\x96\xa0 Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor

\xe2\x96\xa0 Able to travel when/if required
