Company Description: Infinity Wave is a technology company that provides digital technology solutions for smart cities. Our niche markets are smart city technology and smart building technology. Role Description: We are looking for 2-5 years of experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in Sunway Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The role will need to: Gather and document business requirements. Create clear and concise documentation. Analyse processes, systems, and data for improvements. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the IT team. Support testing and validation processes. Collaborate with project managers for on-time delivery. Qualifications: Good communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s in Information Technology, Computer Science or any software-related degree
