Company Description Hektar Property Services Sdn Bhd is the appointed property manager for Hektar REIT\'s portfolio of shopping malls which includes Subang Parade in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Mahkota Parade in Melaka, Wetex Parade in Muar, Johor, Central Square in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Kulim Central in Kulim, Kedah and Segamat Central in Segamat, Johor. Hektar REIT is a retail-focused REIT in Malaysia, focused on investing and managing commercial retail properties. Hektar REIT was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 December 2006 and currently owns 2.0 million square feet of retail space with assets valued at RM1.20 billion on 30 September 2017. The primary objectives of Hektar REIT are to provide unitholders with sustainable dividend income and to achieve long-term capital appreciation of the REIT. Hektar REIT is managed by Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd which is focused on the asset management of Hektar REIT\'s portfolio. Role Description This is a full-time IT Executive role based at Subang Jaya. As a IT Executive, you will lead the IT team to develop and maintain the company\'s IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and processes. You will be responsible for managing the IT budget, identifying and mitigating IT risks, and ensuring system security and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Proven work experience as a IT Executive or in a similar IT supporting role Experience in IT network infrastructure, security, and project management Knowledge of ERP systems, applications, and cloud computing Experience in managing IT budgets, implementing cost-effective solutions and managing vendor relationships Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Salary Range 4K - 4.5K (Ringgit Malaysia)
