Monitor, maintain and provide ongoing support for computing devices, peripheral devices, networking equipment, and software applications to ensure efficient operations.
Explore and leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline and optimize daily operations. (Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance)
Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user accounts, procure IT-related hardware/software and services and licensing management.
Maintain and update IT inventory records.
Requirements
Fluent in English and must be comfortable to communicate frequently on the job
No restriction on field of study as willingness to learn and explore is a more important criteria in our valuation

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
