We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Intern to support our daily technical operations. You will assist the IT team in providing frontline support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth technology experiences for all employees. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to corporate IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide IT support for employees via walk-ins, chat, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and macOS system-related issues (login errors, connectivity, performance, settings, updates).
- Assist in diagnosing and fixing Adobe Creative Cloud application issues (installation, update errors, licensing, crashes).
- Support Microsoft Office installation, setup, activation, and user account concerns.
- Assist in troubleshooting Azure Cloud user access issues, password resets, and basic configuration support.
- Support basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues).
- Collaborate with IT team members on ad-hoc tasks and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Windows & macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
