Job Description

• Collaborate with Sales/Presales team on infrastructure-related proposals for JurisTech solutions.
• Perform installation of hardware and software for projects and office expansion.
• Review and revise network/wireless/infrastructure-related structure to improve office performance for office expansion.
• Support and maintain current office infrastructure, IT equipment and peripherals (laptop, printer, wi-fi, door access, CCTV etc).
• Support and troubleshoot office users\' laptop, wireless and network Windows-related issues.
• Perform hardware installation with Windows and/or Linux OS.
• Involve in project implementation on hardware delivery, setup, installation and preparation.
• Support JurisTech customers on network/hardware/application-related issues.

• Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic). However, if you do not have these but are an awesome network/server engineer, we would be happy to interview you!
• A minimum of 2 years\' experience in the relevant industry. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English is essential.
• Working experience is not necessary if you are already good in Linux networking or setup.
• As our clients provide services to their customers beyond 6 pm, the candidate needs to be available to support rotational shift work alongside the team. Allowance will be provided.
