Oversee daily operations and maintenance of injection moulding machines
Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime
Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and routine inspections
Monitor machine performance and implement improvements for efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing targets
Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years experience in injection moulding operations and maintenance
Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of manufacturing safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
