Why does this job exist and why is it critical Collaborate with business, product management and tech development teams to: define/ frame challenge statements create buy-in for workshops create alignment on project purpose and produce innovative solutions for product direction, experiences, and processes Framing and preparing written diagnosis and insights reports on product / service challenges Operate as a hands-on innovation/ design thinking practitioner or coach to prepare and facilitate UX project and research plans, run workshops, create personas, journey maps, concept sketches, systems design architecture, wireframes etc. Manage internal stakeholders including problem statement discovery, business matching initiatives, managing expectations and reporting on value creation success Identify gaps and opportunities in the service and product offerings throughout the organisation and interrelated internal business units Lead post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and create a feedback loop for incorporating lessons learned into future projects Initiate and support internal and external innovation ecosystem engagement events Manage and connect with startups and tech companies outside the organisation to facilitate effective and relevant business matching opportunities for Maxis What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
