About the Role:

Resource Solutions has a long-standing, strategic partnership with GSK in Asia Pacific, to deliver recruitment across the region. Our team works in close collaboration with the GSK Talent Acquisition organisation to bring exceptional talent into GSK and ensure a high-quality candidate and customer experience. We work hand-in-hand to deliver on GSK\'s strategy of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

This role is responsible in Talent Acquisition for GSK Asia House, our regional headquarters. This key role will need to manage relationships with key business stakeholders and hiring managers; consulting, collaborating, and influencing them to drive Talent Acquisition deliverables and strategy, including employer branding, I&D, and other priorities.

If you have a proven track record in either agency, in-house, or RPO recruitment for a relevant sector, such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent acquisition activity for key vacancies that support business strategy while developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, diversity sourcing, attraction, selection, and assessment process
  • Responsible for managing complicated and business critical recruitment initiatives, partnering with the business and ensuring consistent appropriate recruitment support
  • Partner with Human Resource leaders, and business stakeholders within the recruitment process to provide strong consultative and influencing skills
  • Anticipate talent needs based on historical data and close business partnerships
  • Develop strong external pipelines of talent for key roles, engaging line leaders and GSK employees as talent spotters and developing deep marketplace knowledge
  • Provide talent intelligence to support planning and decision making in the business
  • Select the most appropriate recruitment and selection methods balancing relevant factors such as quality, cost and speed of hire, while ensuring full compliance with GSK policies
  • Utilize digital sourcing and recruitment expertise to enhance the GSK brand at a local level
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment marketing team to plan for local Talent Acquisition marketing campaigns targeting at the most critical talent segments of the market
  • Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition organization and its services
Who you are:
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence
  • Proven ability in influencing at different levels of the organization and across a variety of stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional customer service mindset, attention to detail, good prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting in the pharmaceutical or closely related industry
  • Experience in regional/global sourcing, recruiting for global stakeholders
  • Experience in using Workday Recruitment System
