Job Description

Job Requirement:



Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent. min. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in inside sales/tele-sales is preferred. Target-driven with a positive and self-motivated attitude. Basic knowledge in IT (network security) and able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibility:



Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and inquiries to introduce the company's products and services. Actively handle inquiries and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support business growth. Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customers.
