Job Description
- Manage all incoming leads and bookings across all booking channels for Colony and Jerry Co-working Space\xc2\xb7 Ownership over Lead to Tour conversion rates\xc2\xb7 Support the sales team in scheduling tours and appointments\xc2\xb7 Administrative maintenance of database and sales reports for Colony and Jerry\xc2\xb7 Up sell and cross sell Colony and Jerry packages that meets the needs of Clients \xc2\xb7 Extreme ownership of all task, challenges and possible solutions.
; Requirements: - \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in providing superior customer service or inside sales in high end hospitality setting is preferred\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience with MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets\xc2\xb7 Ability to merge documents, create mailing and distribution lists etc.\xc2\xb7 Good analytical, communication and organization skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn on the fly and effectively cope with change\xc2\xb7 Cooperative team player, easily gains trust and support of peers; encourages collaboration\xc2\xb7 Interested in self-development and understands that different situations and levels may call for different skills and approaches\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Sales, Business Admin or similar/relevant field
