Position: Key Account Manager - English/Vietnamese/Korean/Thai + Khmer Working hour: Rotational Shift basis (5 working days, 2 days Off) Basic Salary: Up to RM 5,000 Working Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Responsibilities * Drive revenue for our Position: Key Account Manager - English/Vietnamese/Korean/Thai + Khmer Working hour: Rotational Shift basis (5 working days, 2 days Off) Basic Salary: Up to RM 5,000 Working Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Responsibilities Drive revenue for our clients by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies. Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Monitor the status of his/her Book of Business ( 'BoB'). Communicate with advertisers in times when unusual spending fluctuation happens to defend revenue or discover new growth opportunities Analyze the performance of priority accounts (problematic or top-tier advertisers) and create optimization actions. Optimization goals include Account up-selling General creative tips and best practices and do bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit Communicate effectively with advertisers regarding ads review, finance, product, etc. to achieve good customer experience Answer advertiser questions provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high-potential advertisers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to advertisers with problems via phone to provide solutions Daily management of target SMB customers advertising on Client's platforms, providing account optimization advice to advertisers by phone and email to increase advertisement spend Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment in advertising using the Client's platforms Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage advertisers of each tier to drive revenue Collaborate with the Client's internal resources (POC/Data/self-service project manager/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support the Client to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empowers SMB customers and enhances the work efficiency of the Client Solution Specialists providing the advice Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or any other related area of study. 1-3 years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, online advertising experience, and/or strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist. Passionate about social media and digital marketing and have a strong understanding of the concepts and trends Have a strong drive to achieve marketing and revenue targets, while adhering to business policies and compliance Excellent communication according to stated language (English/Thai + Khmer/Vietnamese/Korean) and presentation skills A team player and collaborator due to business needs Strong knowledge and understanding of the cultural context in the countries supported Interested candidates kindly send 'Quick Apply' to apply.
