About the job:
The Red Hat TME (Telco, Media & Entertainment) Sales team is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in KL. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting within TME territory to uncover new business opportunities. You will support the team by managing forecasts and tracking customer data and by orchestrating support from Legal, Finance, Marketing, or our technical teams. As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will work cooperatively with internal and external partners to improve business and create solutions that best serve the interests of our customers in Indonesia and Red Hat. What you will do:
  • Provide sales support to TME segment e.g., contract and pricing support, special bid approvals, Salesforce.com (SFDC) hygiene and forecast reporting, and customer demonstration and meeting coordination
  • Qualify and route inbound leads to key account managers
  • Prospect opportunities, identifying and following through on opportunities up to a regional defined threshold
  • Oversee and serve as an escalation point for renewals managed by third parties
  • Orchestrate requests for internal technical resources to support partner-led opportunities based on prioritization
What you will bring:
  • Knowledge of Red Hat\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings, product line interdependencies, and overall sales strategy and values
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) like Salesforce.com (SFDC) and additional internal sales tools and systems like Quip, OutReach, etc.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
  • Customer-focused, partner-led mindset; understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystem
  • Experience working in a similar technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration with a record of achieving sales goals
  • Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
  • Familiarity with IT&T industry and open source principles is a plus
