  • Drive outbound sales initiatives independently, understanding the sales process well and effectively moving leads forward.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks, showcasing expertise in both transactional and solution-based selling.
  • Employ consultative selling methods to strategically engage clients, collaborating with external sales teams as needed.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging historical data and market trends.
  • Implement margin-maximizing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling, to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with external sales, virtual teams, and subject matter experts on bid responses and pricing strategies to improve win rates.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, or similar customer-facing role, ideally with intermediate-level consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
