Job Responsibilities:Drive monthly/quarterly and Yearly sales, front end margin and GP.Drive the Project opportunity and sales, run rate, promotion and program.Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement anddemonstrable specialist product knowledgeDevelop relationships with key internal and external customersCool calling to partner to generate new business opportunities, promote our program, solutions and productsResponse accurately and timely quotations to partnersProcess and handling customer orders, arrange delivery with logistic teamComplete the whole sales cycle process from quotation till payment received.Manage backorder and update the status of report by bi-weekly.Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with customers are satisfactoryInclude any job-scope which related with sales responsibilities.Work closely with internal team, for example, credit, finance, products and marketing team on daily sales operations process.Follow up payment with partner to ensure payment promptly to us and always maintain healthy AR status.Communicate effectively and work closely with Account Manager to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly quota that assign by companyAlways works as \xe2\x80\x9cteam\xe2\x80\x9d with all party to ensure task is completed and achieve partner satisfactory.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Diploma and aboveWith at least minimum experience in IT industry.
