Job Description

Job Summary Ensure the implementation of the project in accordance to the specification and drawings and timely completion of the project within the budget. Accountability & Responsibility:

• Maintain daily site situations and monitor site records.
• Responsible for all inspection and supervisory role over the trade contractor\xe2\x80\x99s work.
• Ensure the works are in compliance with the drawings and specifications.
• Proper documentation of all activities on site.
• Witness of all material testing, factory testing.
• Participate in all site meetings that are required
• Check and supervise the construction to ensure compliance to the quality and HSE requirements
• To regularly report to Project Manager and Architect on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or nonconforming works or delayed works.
• To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
• Defect monitoring/supervising during DLP
• Participate, monitor and support Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s QHSE objectives and targets are met.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architectural Engineering and Interior Design.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the supervision of property development or construction projects.
• Preferably with ISO experience.
• Self-motivated and is able to work independently.

Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
