Job Description

Scope of Work: Gather customer feedback about IT products and services by conducting user studies and interviews based on predefined research protocols. Perform UI design reviews based on documented usability heuristics, accessibility and company branding standards Provide visual design services. Assist in creating and developing learning content or promotional videos. Major focus/support in Learning Management System (LMS): Web-based training creation Project support in creating training content, review, update, sustenance, multimedia design and review. Platform Inbox monitoring, enquiry and email feedback Support on the change, end of life, migration, upgrade request Learning need analysis (user study) and evaluation Ad hoc tasks Job Requirement: Bachelor\'s Degree/Master\'s Degree in multimedia, instructional design, educational technology or similar. Professional Level English is a must Basic HTML and Adobe Captivate authoring tool. Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard. Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. Lesson and curriculum planning skills. Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio scripts/video scripts. Open for fresh graduates. Able to join immediately/short notice. Need to work on-site (office based in Kulim high tech, kedah).
