Job Description

  • Good verbal communication skill and ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  • Computer literacy including MS Office and Excel
  • Hardworking and multi-tasking
  • 1-2 years experience working in general insurance agency or insurance industry will be of advantage
Responsibilities
  • Administration work for general insurance such as arranging insurance cover for client, providing solution on insurance matter and handling of claims.
  • Prepare quotation, debit notes, sending policies to client and follow up on premium payment
  • Preparing and verifying statement of account for client and principals
  • Assisting on credit control
  • Including other general administration task
