To responsible to assist customer integration, coordinate with relevant department, delivering customer integration requirements, and ensure customer integrate efficiently.
To communicate with customers to understand and setup customers integration requirements
To guide customers and provide integration support via online communication channels
To coordinate with relevant departments to support customer integration related issues
Proactively follow up with customer integration status in the most effective manner
Provide weekly update and report customer integration statuses
Ensure customer integration requirement is delivered within specific time-frame and deadline
Assist in other project coordination, incident and problem management when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral is a must
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in API Support Engineer, IT Managed Services related roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of web technology including but not limited to JSON, REST, HTML5, JS
Possess experience in programming technologies such as .NET, PHP, Java is a plus
Knowledge and experience in the internet gaming industry is a plus
Able to multitask, with good self-discipline and responsibility, good time management, and ability to work independently
Preferably local or Expat residing in Malaysia
