JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Application Integration Lead

Job Purpose:

Program/Project Management of IT projects & initiatives.
Provide support and perform the integration related tasks in the most efficient and effective manner and in compliance with Clients Group\xe2\x80\x99s established project and delivery management and SDLC methodology, processes and standards, Enterprise Architecture standards, IT governance and policies including Information Security, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning framework, applicable regulatory requirements and auditors for Cards systems and related ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and track project execution.
Track the project timeline, progress, critical path and inter-dependencies during the project execution.
Coordinate SDLC activities among all parties, business & IT.
Manage all parties involved in project to ensure deliverables are on time.
Identify and resolve functional, requirement, interfacing gap & issue.
Understand, analyse and resolve the technical & process related issues arise during project.
Conduct meeting with working team to gather progress update & feedback.
Prepare and track items to comply with process on technical & commercial related matters.
Prepare and document project related materials.
Prepare and present project progress & update to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of systems integration strategy and plans based on technical and business requirements.
Execute systems integration related tasks according to the integration strategy and roadmap, including but not limited to routing and reconciliation of data between all systems, mappings between systems and decommissioning legacy technologies, where applicable.
Coordinate across multiple teams from delivery, development, support and others to deliver end-to-end systems integration projects according to agreed schedule, budget and quality.
Assist and perform systems tests with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform system integration related support and troubleshooting working collaboratively with application support teams, and document installation procedures and other systems related information.
Perform system impact assessment based on change and service requests and report on any gaps and recommend effective solutions from integration aspects.
Analyse and resolve users\xe2\x80\x99 integration related queries and problems prior to production handover.
Identify, track, mitigate and/or escalate risks and dependencies related to integration and manage changes in the project structure, scope and delivery timeframes, when needed.
Participate in new initiatives or projects that have impact or contribute to business\xe2\x80\x99s key systems and regional IT integration efforts.
Prepare regular and timely updates and reporting on integration related project progress, production issues and risks for relevant stakeholders.
Liaise and coordinate with vendors for the delivery of integration related projects and activities and ensure they deliver within agreed scope, quality and timeline.
Actively participate in and contribute to the improvement of IT support operations, processes as well as share best practices.

Job Specification:

Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.):

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements:

PMP certified (preferred).

Relevant Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager in implementing IT projects.
Experience in managing projects (end-to-end) in financial or banking industries

Work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact.
Ability to plan and prioritise work / projects in the team
Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
